MathAI Hub is an AI-powered educational platform that generates video explanations for mathematical exercises. The service is primarily designed for Moroccan Baccalaureate students and offers explanations in French and Moroccan Darija.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Free and Paid Services

Free Tier:

• 2 free video generations per week
• Standard quality videos
• Videos are public by default

Paid Credits:

• Purchase additional video generation credits
• Credits do not expire
• Option to keep videos private

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service for cheating on exams or academic dishonesty
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Abuse the service (e.g., creating multiple accounts for free credits)
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user data

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the exercises you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process and display them for service purposes.

Generated Videos: Videos generated by our AI are licensed to you for personal educational use. Free tier videos may be featured in our public gallery.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

8. Disclaimer

MathAI Hub is provided "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The service is meant to supplement, not replace, traditional education and teacher guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

MathAI Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
